I found SubZero Appliance Service during my online search for a reliable Samsung TV repair center right here in Manhattan, NY. My TV had been acting up for a while, and I'd had enough of whispering audio and dodgy picture. Hit on these guys, and wow, they were great. The technician showed up on time, and you could tell he knew his stuff. Fixed the issue pronto. Didn't mind explaining things either—kept it simple, didn’t baffle me with too much tech talk.
A bit of work behind the scenes involved, but hey, that’s life. Everything's working like it should now, which is awesome because Netflix marathons are back on the menu.
